The paired six-plex, triplex and duplex project was the recipient of the Grand Award Winner 2011 – Builder’s Choice Best 55+ Community and the Gold Nugget Merit Award 2011 –Best 55+ Affordable Community. The passive solar design incorporates the natural energy of the sun to selectively maintain internal cooling and heating temperatures. This five story, pet friendly Laguna Niguel senior living resort is composed of dining, entertainment, recreation, music, culture and art experiences. Areas of discovery, mystery and surprise become a part of the resident lifestyle from the ground floor level which has a spiritual center, bistro, theater, playhouse, lounges and several dining areas, and all the way on up to the activated roof plane with an art studio, greenhouse, community garden, putting green and cafe, with vistas overlooking, and a part of, the surrounding neighborhood beach communities.

Designed as a multigenerational workforce multifamily community, the infill site campus is home to two affordable family apartment resident buildings and one age qualified senior attached apartment building. There is a stand-alone community room that supports entertainment, after school activities and computer labs for those of all ages. The project is one of the first LEED Platinum residential developments. The 75 unit, three story contemporary designed campus with homes ranging from 600 to 1,100 square feet is located less than one mile from downtown Claremont and Claremont College in this transit orientated development with a metro rail adjacent to the property to allow community residents the opportunity to have breakfast in San Diego, dinner in Los Angeles and then residents can be back home once again in the early evening.

These Affordable Mixed-Use Apartment Homes have a restaurant and variety shopping on the ground level and are located directly across from the San Diego MetroLink Transit stop. There are 70 Units in this podium project consisting of One, Two and Three Bedrooms. The building is Four Stories in height over two levels of subterranean parking. Outside transit parking is also provided for shared use purposes with the residents and the MetroLink Transit riders. This LEED Gold project was completed in 2018 and these units provide much needed affordable living for the community.

This two-story Community and Recreation Center centrally located in Irvine is approximately 6,500 square feet in size. The Georgian architecture is reflective of the neighborhoods it serves, displaying symmetry in building mass and window and door placements, with a brick clad facade, hipped roofs with dormer windows, and a functional widow's walk on the roof. Interior spaces include a Lobby/Reception Area, Administration Offices, a Large Community Great Room, Catering Kitchen, a Study Room/Education Center, as well as wall space for Public Art Displays. Exterior amenities include a pool, shade structures, basketball court and expansive manicured lawn areas for picnics.

This mixed-use attached project has two residential towers which sit over retail, restaurants, banking and commercial uses to create an exciting retail shopping and night life community. A paseo runs between the two the towers to link the retail components to Alhambra’s Main Street. The 88 units ranging from 1,100 to 1,800 square feet, consists of stacked flats, townhomes, shop keepers and live-work unit types. Below ground parking provides individual resident garages. The activated public paseo leads to a landscaped open courtyard which complements the second portion of the project consisting of a series of alley-loaded townhomes.
