Albert’s brings a depth of experience and knowledge to WWA that is unsurpassed in the field of built environments for higher education. He holds a vital role that is focused on master planning and programming for higher-education clients. Additionally, he will be engaged in the business development efforts for the firm.

As past Director of Facilities for North Orange County Community College District (NOCCCD), Albert has managed over 800 million dollars of capital outlay for projects over his extensive career. He’s managed the full range of project types including Design-Build, Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Multiple Primes, Lease-Leaseback and Design-Bid-Build. His expertise in developing sustainability, water and energy conservation programs have awarded his projects with substantial savings and efficiencies. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and has a Master of Arts in Linguistics.
