Bradley Mansfield is an expert in Senior Living Neighborhoods, Campuses and Communities which includes two senior living Award Winning “Project of the Year” developments at the Council on Sage, the 55+ Housing Council of the Building Industry Association of Southern California. As a Principal and Project Manager, Bradley is an invaluable team leader for WWA and for his clients.

Bradley’s extensive experience includes high density attached housing, senior independent living, assisted living and memory care neighborhoods, mixed-use development communities, transit and urban infill communities, podium structures, hospitality, resort, affordable apartments, retail, restaurants, commercial, historical adaptive re-use buildings, condominiums, parking structures, and clubhouses.

It is in the unique aspects of WWA’s industry recognized and acknowledged award winning experience in K through 12 schools and college campuses for over 33 years, that the integration of senior living can thrive in creating authentic social atmospheres with personality of space to interact, to connect, to communicate, to listen, to learn. These senior ‘villages’ are filled with areas of discovery, which include distant learning to connect internationally and place-based education programs seeking to establish neighborhoods for senior lifelong learning.
