Millennial Tech Middle School embarked on a comprehensive campus modernization project, seeking architectural design services to transform its facilities into a cutting-edge learning environment tailored for 21st-century education. With a vision to provide students with state-of-the-art learning spaces equipped with advanced technology and flexibility, the District aimed to replace outdated portable classrooms with modern, purpose-built facilities. The architectural design services scope encompassed the creation of various essential facilities. By integrating a strong architectural theme that reflects the school's focus on technology-rich learning, WestbergWhite ensured that the campus modernization project would support student innovation and academic success while enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the school environment.

  • 12 general education classrooms, 6 science learning spaces, and a new broadcast journalism studio
  • Student locker room facility
  • Collaboration room for educators on each floor to exchange ideas and plan for tomorrow
  • The Administration Building not only provides the general administrative offices, but also the Health area for the School Nurse, Counseling offices for Occupational Health, Speech, Social Work, and Psychologist. 
  • Parent Center and Community Partnership rooms are located in the Administration Building along with a Staff Lounge, Staff Workroom, and Mod/Severe Classroom
  • The Multi-Purpose Building provides a Multi-Use Area that can be used for basketball as well as auditorium use. 
  • Food Services, the Custodial Area and Restrooms 
  • Lobby and 2 Activity Rooms
  • STEM building with 2 Learning Classrooms, a large outdoor Learning Plaza and offices, restrooms, and storage areas. 
  • The Guest Parking, secured Staff Parking, and a limited hard surface play area
  • The signature Student Paseo connects the main campus with the STEM building and doorway to the EarthLab Park.
