Drawing on our extensive experience, we embarked on a collaborative journey with the city to reimagine the building's functionality and aesthetic appeal. Through meticulous planning and strategic design interventions, we proposed a transformative approach that balanced creativity with practicality. Our commitment to sustainability guided our design decisions, ensuring the renovated building exceeded contemporary environmental standards. Through this teaming effort, the City of Huntington Beach has continued to utilize WestbergWhite Architecture for design services on various community projects.

Thoughtful programming and space layout were determined through client and user meetings to enhance the functionality and adjacency of spaces on the lower and main levels.
Worked closely with all client representatives to ensure that all department’s needs were met with the new spatial layout.
