Project Summary
The new STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) building internal configuration provides separate and collaborative environments for interactive learning through common project formats. The design focuses on the new 21st-century concept of interactive learning. Each of these components is comprised of and supported by its own elements:
- Science is comprised of four labs addressing; physics, chemistry, biology, and anatomy and physiology.
- Technology includes computer 2- and 3D graphics, physical modeling.
- Engineering is comprised of analysis and construction.
- Art focuses on drawing, painting, ceramics and photography.
To complete the program Math is included in various levels. Each curriculum is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment/furnishings/spaces. The academy building includes various display opportunities for exposure of curriculum and individual and communal learning infrastructure spaces focused on interactive learning.
