Managing Partner Paul Westberg founded the firm in 1982. Paul leads the senior leadership to drive the firm’s strategic plan for its growth and assuring its legacy of maintaining strong client relationships. He has led multiple firm-wide initiatives to assure that the company continues to deliver superior design services to its clients.
During his career that has spanned for more than four decades, Paul has served public and private clients in the arenas of civic, commercial, office, mixed-use, higher education and K-12. In fact, the firm continues to work with one of his first clients.
His specialization in K-12 projects has established the firm as one of the top educational architecture firms in California. Paul’s unique talent to maneuver though complex projects and meeting clients’ goals has rewarded the firm with a host of repeat clients.
Paul served in the U.S. Air Force and received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
